• Commander appliance pre-imaged with the offline Sovereign Shelf stack
• Local-only template library and tag operations
• POS / inventory integration over the customer LAN only (no cloud round-trip)
• Pick-by-light and will-call staging
• Local backup tooling — configuration restored from on-site media, not cloud snapshots
• Air-gapped licensing — signed Ed25519 leases delivered out-of-band, no phone-home
• Engineering-led commissioning and a documented handover
