SO Sync

Sales orders sync from Spire with full line-item detail. The adapter fetches each SO individually to capture line items that Spire's list endpoint omits.

Template Swap

Tags show an “idle” template (part number, bin location) until a pick session starts. During picking, they swap to the “active” template (SO number, qty to pick, confirmation code).

LED Walk-Path

The gateway flashes the LED on the next bin tag in sequence. The picker walks to the lit tag, picks the item, scans the barcode, and the next tag lights up. No paper list, no guessing.

Session Management

Admin UI shows active pick sessions with task-level progress. Supervisors can confirm, skip, or cancel individual tasks. Completed sessions revert tags to their idle template.
